Requesting Support
To ensure responsible stewardship of resources and alignment with team budgets, all distribution requests must first be submitted through Athletic Director Ben Kvidt before being reviewed by the CAF Board.
This process ensures that:
Each sports program is utilizing its allocated school district or team budget before requesting additional funding.
The CAF Board has a clear understanding of current team needs in context with their existing financial support.
Requests are organized, consistent, and reviewed with full transparency and input from school leadership.
Next Steps for Coaches or Team Representatives:
Submit a grant request to Athletic Director Ben Kvidt.
Include as much detail as possible—what the funds are for, the total cost, and why it is needed.
The AD will review your request in relation to the team’s current budget.
They may follow up with additional questions or suggestions.
Once approved by the AD, your request will be submitted to the CAF Board.
The Board will review during the next scheduled meeting.
