The Alexandria Cardinal Athletic Foundation exists to positively impact the lives of student athletes by supporting, promoting, and enhancing the athletic programs, facilities, and equipment of Alexandria Public Schools. Athletic participation complements the education and development of the whole person and the Cardinal Athletic Foundation is committed to serving as a capital fundraising partner, so that today's student athletes can be equipped to serve as tomorrow's community leaders.

The Cardinal Athletic Foundation values its strategic relationship with Alexandria Public Schools, its alumni, and the surrounding community. By partnering together, we strive to provide the resources necessary to allow the comprehensive school sports programs of APS to excel and become a model for other communities to follow.
