Wayne Elton’s list of qualifications is long and distinguished, including principal of Jefferson High School, high school golf coach, Director of Community Services, and Assistant Superintendent of Schools.  Because of his commitment to Alexandria athletics, we are proud to have him as the 2010 ‘Cap’ Paciotti Honoree.
