“David Hartmann is a leader in every sense of the word. He has mentored
many athletic directors that were new to the job and conference and is
always willing to offer help and advice with well thought out responses to
questions and issues.” Tom Conzemius, A colleague of Dr. Hartmann’s from the Central Lakes Conference.
The Cardinal Athletic Foundation board congratulates Dr. Hartmann for being the 2016 honoree of the Cap Paciotti Memorial Golf Tournament.
