Dale Serum was Director of Student Activities for School District 206 for 14 years from 1980 – 1993, as well as the Recreation Director for the Alexandria Area Recreation Dept for 18 years from 1962 – 1980.  Because of his commitment to Alexandria athletics, we are proud to have him as the 2009 ‘Cap’ Paciotti Honoree.
